Fidelity National Home Warranty ripoff Quoted limits of liability on leaking plumbing stating the material orginally used was a design deficiency just a cop out and demanded $40.00 to tell me that. Walnut Creek California
Bought a mobile home in a park over 55 years of age, lived in it just over a month and noticed dampness under it. The realitor reminded me we had homeowners warranty. I contacted Fidelity National they informed me roto rooter plumber would come to fix it. The plumber looked at the color of the water pipe and asked to use the phone after he talked to the party he handed me the phone and they stated this pipe wasn't covered. It is a plastic pipe that was recalled at one time I asked them to shown me the data. They couldn't and than stated it was a design deficiency they completly refused to honor the warranty and demanded I pay the $40.00 dollars to the plumber for telling me they wouldn't pay for any work so my pipes are still leaking. I think it as a sham
