Feverway Failed to adequately and fairly resolve wrong shipment
Feverway Clothing Company sells substandard quality and does not stand behind their product. I ordered a pair of pants in the medium size according to their US Size Chart. They delivered 4-1/2 weeks later with a pair of pants equivalent of extra small, according to US sizes.
I emailed them with my concerns asking them to return my items and refund my charges. To my disappointment, their response was that they could only offer me a credit toward future orders and that I would be responsible for the the shipping charge or, if I didn't return it, they would refund my $32.95 charge only with a $9 credit or $7 refund on my credit card.
What a rip off! It's companies like this that discourages me from ever purchasing from an overseas company.
