Fengtao Software Paid Faulty Software about 50.00 It won't work can't get them to respond to e-mails Internet
I bought the new DVDFab software. I can not get it to work. They won't reply to my e-mails and they won't supply a hard disc with instructions. I have been all over the internet looking for step by step instructions only to find that each one is different and neither one helps. In my search on the net I have found many other people haveing the same problem. So, I have e-mailed them that I wan't instructions or my money back only to be ignored. I would be very happy to get the instructions. The software that I ordered was DVDFab Platinum from Fangtao Software Inc but, I kept running into a brick wall. This is my last chance Obwan Canobe. Please help me as I am disabled and on a fixed income and I feel that I have been taken. I am really angry about this and I don't have enough information to file a report with the BBB.
