FEDEX DOESN'T DELIVER
On July 17 we had an overnight FEDEX to the house I was home no delivery. Checked with the sending company and they confirmed and gave us a tracking # so I checked and that it HAD BEEN CODED AS WRONG ADDRESS then delivered, we called FEDEXand then went to their Tucson office We were informed that the driver found no one home (a lie) and a neighbor said she had moved (another lie)So according to the Tucson manager Debra Char they looked up the name in the phonebook and picked the first name and they delivered the Fedex to her.
Do you know how many Browns there are in the Tucson phonebook??? Now she cashed the check and we have to do criminal procedings agaist here she wont give the money BACK.. FEDEX CLAIMS NO RESPONDSIBILITY Ms Char stated there policy is to deliver Not return to sender or contact the sender.
Why would any one move overnight if they were expecting over a $1000.. besides if she moved she wont be in the phonebook We contact Ms Char again no apology nothing again she stated they did what was there policy and dont bother me anymore.
So the money we absolutly had to have is going to be tied up for who knows how long... The 800 # is corporate office refers us to the Tucson office... (big deal) My girlfriend has become ill because this and has missed work.
