During the year of 1998, the Federal Government did a drug bust in Atlanta, Texas. My uncle and brother were involved in a no will situation. Starting with my brother, his name is Zachary Lawson, 22 years old. Accused of delivery of a controlled substance, but during the time that he turned his self in and the time that he was going to be sentence he did not hear from his appointed lawyer. During his hearing the Federal Government had the wrong address, the wrong street name and no telling what else was wrong. The appointed lawyer was told that the information was wrong and he did nothing to show this to the judge. During the hearing my brother stated that his lawyer advised him to take a plea. He did and got 30 months of federal time.

Just recently, on the news a guy from Texarkana, Tx; torched his house during a raid operation on "crystal meth". He got the drug charges dropped because the agents, police, whomever had the wrong address! Is that odd or what.

My uncle's name is Raydeen Edwards, he was picked up during this same sting operation by federal Agents. His case was a simple entrappment situation. He was not a drug dealer, but he knew of one. An old friend (informant) of his came by asking for some crack-rock. He told her that he did not do that and couldn't sell it to her any way because he was a drug counselor. He offered her help, but she said that she did not need it. A few days later she returned with the same approach, asking for more crack-rock and saying that she doesn't know any body around Atlanta, Tx, asking him to help her find some are she is going to go get it from someone. Him be a friend found someone that sold the stuff and got them to meet at the same place; which happen to be his house. This was wrong and he know that, but all at the same time it was safe for his friend. He took the money from his friend, went to the other room where the drug dealer was and gave him the money and the drug dealer gave him the crack-rock; which he gave to his friend. Now in this transaction if my uncle was a drug dealer he would have made a profit of some kind, right. My uncle was totally behind on the majority of his bills, he pawned everything that he had of value to pay some bills, his truck was two notes behind and coming up to be repossessed. Now the out look that I get on drug dealers is that they have lots of money. The no justice is that he was appointed a lawyer and he did not speak with his lawyer for nine months. He finally talk to him two days before his hearing and his lawyer didn't advise nor did he guide him to the best of his ability. When ask after the hearing what his plea was by the judge he said, "GUILTY I GUESS". MISREPRESENTATION SUMS IT UP.

PLEASE HELP MY FAMILY GET THE JUSTICE THAT WE DESERVE.

SINCERELY WHERE IS THE JUSTICE
