I was able to contact a live person! They said they ARE the Bank of Omaha and they are the Bank Of Omaha that bought out FCNB accounts!! And all of the other addresses and contacts we have are all people that collect for Bank of Omaha ie.. Norcross.

I told the lady that many people were trying to file class actions suits and I would be happy to inform her of all the stories I have read on here. They said you have to call and talk to a specific department before 4pm central standard time, and she also told me the only way I can speak to the people in Norcross is to be transferred by their representative and the 800 number to Norcross will not be disclosed.

I asked her about a 100 times why? why? why? why? and she got so frustrated with me and said "we just don't". I don't understand why someone can take $1000.00 check from me but I can't talk to them... something is really fishy about that..

Call them 100 times if you have to.. 1-402-341-0500! Ask for the credit card/FCNB contact and then ask for Tracy. The reason she finally gave me after calling again, she said they don't disclose the actual number for the other small branched locations because they are too small to answer a large flow of phone calls.. So I said "are they working out of a house or hotel room or something?" and she said no they are an established business.

I went through about 4 supervisors before I finally got to a lady named TRACY, ask for her because she hung up on me. They said they have an agreement not to give out the number.. what a crock of crap.. Just thought I would let ya'll know.. that's 1-402-341-0500

The phone number on the statement does not get you to a live person! ..this is just the company blowing us off.

We realize that there is a phone number on our statements, however, it does not get you to a live person. That number is just an automated line. They say you should send your questions and comments in writing. My problem with that, is if they don't have time to talk to you why would we think that they are taking the time to answer any of our letters? This is not customer service; this is just the company blowing us off. Also, I think Bank of Omaha and Cardmember Services is one in the same places. Both are in Omaha, Nebraska, and it was the Bank of Omaha that the OCC ordered to pay the annual fees back to the customers whose accounts got canceled. (including myself). I am still waiting for that credit to appear on my statement; I don't know about the rest of you. Personally, if the Bank of Omaha is the only way I may talk to a live person, then that is who I am going to keep calling myself. I don't know about the rest of you.

I understand Bank of Omaha is just the servicer, they don't own (didn't purchase the accounts). Where did you get your information from? There is a contact address on the statements, the same addres is posted on this website. Protect your rights... address your issues in writing and sent it certified mail, so you can confirm they received the letter. Good Luck!
