We realize that there is a phone number on our statements, however, it does not get you to a live person. That number is just an automated line. They say you should send your questions and comments in writing. My problem with that, is if they don't have time to talk to you why would we think that they are taking the time to answer any of our letters? This is not customer service; this is just the company blowing us off. Also, I think Bank of Omaha and Cardmember Services is one in the same places. Both are in Omaha, Nebraska, and it was the Bank of Omaha that the OCC ordered to pay the annual fees back to the customers whose accounts got canceled. (including myself). I am still waiting for that credit to appear on my statement; I don't know about the rest of you. Personally, if the Bank of Omaha is the only way I may talk to a live person, then that is who I am going to keep calling myself. I don't know about the rest of you.

I understand Bank of Omaha is just the servicer, they don't own (didn't purchase the accounts). Where did you get your information from? There is a contact address on the statements, the same addres is posted on this website. Protect your rights... address your issues in writing and sent it certified mail, so you can confirm they received the letter. Good Luck!
