Fayetteville, NC ruins the life of 100% combat disabled veteran - obtaining an illegal court order Fa Fayetteville North Carolina
Fayetteville obtained and executed a court order they obtained by with holding pertinent information. The order reads the defendant is not under a disability when they knew that I was 100% permanently & totally, mentally & physically combat disabled as certified by the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Social Security Administration, the Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation Offices from several states, as well as various private physicians, psychologists and psychiatrists.
Their actions caused such a severe and intense aggravation of my disabilities that I lost my home, job/shop, life savings, credit rating, family and friends. Knowing that I was unemployed and unemployable due to my combat disabilities they still fined me $10,000.00. They went so far as to steal my crutches and therapeutic equipment. They completely destroyed the years and years of hospitalizations, medications, therapy, and pain, suffering and sacrificing. Now I can't do my therapy and my health, mental and physical, the quality of life is no good. Their actions have shortened my life.
They made mistakes and were/are too cowardly to correct them. To do this to a 100% combat disabled veteran shows their disregard for veterans as well as the justice system.
