 David has to yet to pay me for the 7 inspections I did which, in total, was $279. This has been an ongoing issue. I used to get paid every Thursday but he was always late and paid me until Sunday. After this happening so many times I asked if I could get my pay every Sunday instead, he agreed. I submitted my invoice Sunday and he didn't not respond. A couple days later I sent another email stating I didn't receive the payment, still no response. During this time one of his employees emailed me stating that I was not going to get credit for one of the inspections I did, because I didn't submit photos. The address they sent me to was in the middle of nowhere in the desert. The address wasn't even a real address, so obviously there are hardly any houses and no street signs. I told him that I would receive credit and it isn't my fault. They ALWAYS give me bogus addresses like "2 miles south of mile marker 3" and then they ask that I get a photo of the street sign to prove that I was there when it isn't even an address, mind you these inspections are 4+ hours from where I'm located. After I let him know that what he is asking me to do is not possible and I will gladly prove it if he reimburses for gas so I can prove to him it's not a real address. After I sent that email, he stops responding.

I later sent David this email: David, I've emailed you multiple times regarding payment and I still haven't received a response. I'm unsure if failure to receive the payment is due to a processing error or bank mistake. If I do not receivce a response by the end of the day today, August 02, 2017, we will determine that failure of payment is due to not intending to pay what is due and we will take further action. Again, the total is $279. An itemized version of it has been sent in a previous email. If you did not receive please find it below: Crownpoint, NM(2) - $30 ea. + $17 (gas) = $77 Pinehill, NM (1) - $30 ea. + $22 (gas) = $52 Zuni, NM (2) - $30 ea. = $60 Klagetoh, AZ - $45 Many Farms. AZ - $45 Total = $279 Regards, Ashley He replied with "Will be this week" It is currently the end of the week and I still have not received the payment (he pays via PayPal). I emailed him, but of course, only silence on his end. And before he responds and says "you haven't submitted the inspections" I have submitted them all and got an email from his employee stating that I didn't but I proved to him that I did via a screenshot which shows that the inspections were in fact submitted and it was an issue on there end which is no fault of my own. I also have record of all the emails which I will gladly provide if need be.

 I have been doing inspections for Dave for about 6 months and am not getting paid anywhere near that per inspection. He also reimburses you for gas?? I've always been paid but I have to ask then remind him several times.
