FastPencil is the WORST.
Avoid entirely.
No user support, cost of shipping is EXORBITANT.
Go to CreateSpace instead, which is professional, intuitive, cost effective, and your book will be on Amazon in a matter of days.
I tried two books with FastPencil. Quality of the books was acceptable. Everything else about the company is deplorable. I can't imagine how or if they are still in business.
