this is about the employee giving you a number for another store. when someone asks for the district managers phone number you do get the number to another store and that store is usually the DM's base store where you can contact them. really all that you needed to do was ask whoever answered the phone to speak with the DM and if he/she was not their ask them how you can reach them.

Fashion Bug has coupons ALL the time. I know because I am a Store Mananger. EVERY coupon that Fashion Bug issues has a small section on the bottom with all the exclusions. You can VERY rarely use coupons on merchandise that is 40% off or higher. The cleareance merchandise has been 40% - 50% off for almost a month now, so that most likely is the reason that you could not use your coupon. The individual associate did not send you the coupon and then change the terms. They were on the coupon but you didn't bother to read them. We have this issue ALL the time because people come in and think that they are going to get $150 of stuff for $20.. This is a company, we are trying to make money. The coupons are intended to bring customers into the store to get a discount on new merchandise that is not yet on sale. Yes, we would love to give everybbody the deal of a lifetime, but if we did that with every customer there would be no more Fashion Bug stores for you to shop at.

Try to use some punctuation and capitalization. Having one long run-on sentence makes it very hard to understand what you're complaining about.
