Defective Clothing! PLASTIC SEWED IN SEEMS AROUND SHOULDERS AND SLEEVES! Can't remove plastic, causes itching, irration, can't wear tops, Fashion Bug will not take back because I wore it. Tops Are Worthless. Rude Manager wants to resell defective tops. States "No one else has Complained." All the tops are now sown in this manner. The plastic is over cased and stitched so tightly you can not remove the plastic.

Many inexpensive clothing garments utilize plastic interfacing these days. Take a look at a random selection of clothing from discount retailers such as Fashion Bug, Walmart, Goody's, KMart, etc. Plastic is being used nowadays because it is cheap and strong. Just because you are "allergic" to plastic does not mean that the clothing is defective. It means that you should inspect your clothing before purchasing it to make sure it does not contain plastic materials. Because the worn clothing was not truly defective, you do not have the right to a refund. Perhaps you could wear something underneath this garment so that the plastic is not directly on your skin and so cannot cause irritation.
