If you ever had a fee of $25 appear on your Fashion Bug credit card it may be because an associate at the store may have signed you up for the "premier" card service without your knowledge! As soon as you notice this fee, call customer service and let them know about the charges and fight till the end, then usually won't fight back too hard and will waive the fee for you especiallly if it is before they apply late fees. I have gotten this problem fixed for many people! Good luck all!!!

I'm sorry your having problems with your account, but did anyone ever tell you that you cam make a payment at any fashion bug. As long as its made by 9pm on the due date at any store ,it wont be late. We axcept cash, check, money order and now visa/master card logo debit cards for card payments.

I opened a fashionn bug charge card and at first everything was fine. Then about ten months later I noticed that I was getting late charges. I called in and told the company that I had mailed the payment and that the money order had been cashed. She said this one time they would take the charge off. The next month I again sent in a money order and the same thing happened. I also noticed that they didn't take off my payment. I called again and the lady was very rude. She said that I needed to find out who was cashing the M.O. I called the M.O. company and they said it would be $20 to find that information out. I called Fashion Bug back and told them what they said. The Customer service lady told me that I would have to pay it and if FB has cashed it they would give me my money back. I got the info and FB did cash it. I called FB back and also mailed them a copy of the letter I received. This time I got a man and he said that FB would never refund my money. I asked for a manager and she also was very rude. I never did get my 20 back. The next month the same thing happened. This time I had mailed a check. I mailed it as soon as i got my bill which was about 15 days before it was due. I called FB back and they said they would not take of my charges. I also said that they took off the money that I had paid (which was about three hundred dollars between the two money orders) but that I want the intrest taken off and the late payments also taken off. She refused and said I should try mailing my payment ahead of time to avoid late fees. I was so MAD. The next month my mom and I mailed the payment together ten days ahead of time. They did not get the payment until the day after my payment was due. I recieved another late charge. They called me the day my payment was due and asked why I haden't mailed my payment. To me it seems that if you make one complaint to them they mess up your credit card bill forever. I have paid off my bill and will never shop in their stores ever.

I have been with the company for three years now. I have seen many different things happening with people's charge cards. It is true that the customer service number is long distance BUT all you would have to do is go into a store, any store, give them your account number and they can call customer service and get an explanation. It is very simple to do and I have done it many times. So, if they keep telling you that there's nothing they can do, it's crap. They can call but you have to physically be in the store. If you are there, it's not a problem.
