I ordered an NFL jersey for my son. We received it but it was too big. When I attempted to find the website to ask how to exchange it I couldn't find the website I ordered it from. I looked up the email from their communications with me for shipping & they continuously tried to get me to accept the jersey that didn't fit & pay them an additional 90% for a new one that they said I needed to wire the money to an acct. I reiterated that it didn't fit so was no good to us & wanted to send it back. They replied on numerous times " the return shipping fee is very high since international and it will take very long time. So it's not a good choice for you to return it." They refused to provide me with return info & told me to wire them 90% of a new one. This is the exact email they sent me:

Keep the item and add 90% of your total payment to our Western Union first, after we check the payment, we will send another new item to you .Thanks. Receiver's name for Western Union payment method:

Pls let me MTCN# when you finished the payment. Thank you.   I told them I will not wire money to someone I do not know & wouldn't know how to wire money to someone anyway even though I wasn't going to do this. They then send me this:   Hello friend, Please check the steps of Western Union below, you can just pay  for it by Western Union directly, thanks.

1. go to westernunion.com to create your account or go to the near western union store.

2. send money to our Western Union account:

Zip code: 201100

You just choose " Cash to an agent location" and in US dollars. 

After you send the money, pls call Western Union to validate it and send me the MTCN# so that i can check for you.

Have a great day!   I said no & they sent me this response.   Hello, If you choose western union payment, we can give you an extra hat. What do you think?   Ridiculous! I told them I won't do it for anything. They then sent me this.   OK,as the problem we have three choices for you. 1)You can return the item to us and pay for the international shipping fee. We will refund you after we receive the item you returned to us.  2)You can keep the item and we can give you 10% of your payment for compensation. 3)Keep the item and add 80% of your total payment to our Western Union first, after we check the payment, we will send another new item to you .Thanks.   Needless to say I have a jersey that doesn't fit & will hang in a closet. lesson learned!   Thanks
