We woke up one morning in early December to an email from our bank. 

Our account was in the negative.  Apparently this company Fanduel had received a $5,300 deposit off one of our debit cards.

Someone had used our card at their company or someone got my numbers and opened an account with them. 

I called the number on the bank account and got onto their website to get this matter repaired.

Long story short, I have been fighting with them for 6 weeks to get our money returned.  Chrsitmas for the kids was a disaster because of this and their CEO and employees could care less.

I disputed with the bank but fanduel told the bank that this came from my computer and also told the bank that when I got on the live chat, I logged in under some strange email address which is untrue.  I signed in under a guest as that is what you HAVE to do if you don't have an account.

They gave me an email address of who used the card and it was not mine.  I sent it all of my proof but somehow they got the bank to not return the funds,.  Craziest stuff I have ever had happen to me.

Please help if you can.
