Fandango Parent Company: Comcast Fandango Website Location-Based Results are POOR: They blame customer for use of website. Internet
LESSON LEARNED: Don't purchase your movie tickets from Fandango unless you have all the time in the world to double check that they are not sending you to a theater THREE STATES AWAY. Because if you do, it will be entirely YOUR FAULT, and they are apparently HELPLESS and held HOSTAGE by their "system" and "policy".
Never mind the fact that Comcast, a major internet mogul, is their parent company. They still think it is entirely acceptable that after you APPROVE THEY ACCESS YOUR LOCATION, they will still give you results that are three states away, and list the one 5 miles away from you toward the bottom.
But I will admit: it is entirely my fault for trusting that their results would accurately use my location. You're right, Fandango, I had no business trusting your results and should continue to use your competitors.
