Thank you for your previous contact and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by our delay in responding to your question.
A Supervisor has reviewed and is responding to your request. Recently we have experienced a significantly higher call volume than usual. Due to this tremendous increase in customer contacts we have been unable to get to your voicemail sooner. As stated in our earlier responses, we are unable to allow an exception for a refund on your order and we are unable to offer an exchange for Fandango credit. Though we understand your position and we appreciate the effort you have put forth to clarify for us, we are still unable to grant your request. We endeavor to give our customers the best experience we can, but we are not always able to grant every request.
Since our Corporate office was unable to grant your request for a refund, there is no one else that will be able to approve providing a refund or an exchange. For this reason, no further escalation will be provided.
