Family Safety Supply Shopify.com HD MIRROR CAM I ordered the HD MIRROR CAM on 08/19/2017 they deducted theoney from my bank account on 08/21/2017 i have bever recieved the product and after months of trying to contact them and get a refund.. all i get is that cant find my order. Or any emails i have sent them i 5hink this is a flat out ripoff and would like to know if there is anyway i can get my money returned? Internet
I have been trying for 4 months to get a refund from Shopify.com for an order I placed for the HD MIRROR CAM from an add in FB . They made a withdrawal on my bank account on 08/21/2017 for $159.80. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls, sent them screen shots of the order confirmation and they keep telling me they have no record of my order or emails. ..I told them I want either the product I ordered or a refund to no avail , I need help. What can I do? I am on SS , I'm old and I cannot afford to be ripped off like this.
