Let me start out by saying that Fairfield Resorts does have very bad business practices. I just started a few weeks ago, and believe me I am on my way out! I do however have to disagree with some of your statements: I was under the impression that we would be staying at the resort upon arrival but found that they cannot accomodate all of the people they lure in for the sales pitch and therefore put you up in a hotel. You are mailed a confirmation letter that will arrive to your house 7-10 business days after you call to book dates. We also have a confirmation department that will verify your receipt of this letter, booked dates, accomodation, etc. If you had not received the confirmation letter, you still would have had someone contact you via phone to confirm your travel details. So while you were "under the impression" do you mind telling me what the agents you spoke with told you? Or could you scan in a copy of your confirmation letter? I agree this is NOT a good company to do business with, however there are many complaints and letters like this with the customers claiming to have been booked for the resorts. We do check the phone records and your account notes and if we can't find anything there even remotely stating that you'd be staying at the resort, sorry theres nothing that can be done. For those of you looking for cheap vacations, do not go with Fairfield.

Dear complainant, I was curious: how long did the entire presentation last? Did they keep it to 90 or 120 minutes? Sincerely, rjc.
