Many months of attorney fees, late fees, insurance fees was charged to my account. Payment returned.
Fairbanks Capital have used Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, 51 East Bethpage Road, Plainview , Ny 11803 as a debt collection agency to do their dirty work. Filing legal motions and assessing legal fees through the courts to my account.
I'm trying to find someone who has found a mortage company willing to takeover their mortage.
