Fairbanks Capital Corp. FORECLOSURE COMPANY rip-off, preying on low-income senior citizens
This is a loan servicing company that has earned the reputation of doing whatever it can to take your home away. There are hidden charges, forced insurance,late charges on payment made timely(they hold them until they are late and then post them to your account), continous telephone calls begin on the date payment is due, not after late payment date, you can not get an answer when you call them to try and resolve a problem.
If you get behind on your payments once you can never catch them up, no matter how much you pay, you can not get the last name of anyone you speak to and if you speak to the same person twice in any given yesr you are fortunate.
They prey, I mean provide loans to those that have low-income, elderly or are minorities. Forget about trying to make any kind of arrangements to catch up late payments because they are a forclosure company. They enter into loans for the sole purpose of forclosing and benefiting from the equity the homeowner had.Want to refinace with someone else, forget it, they will not release a payoff or they will say you are in foreclosure to scare off anyone that was considering refinacing your loan.
RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HOME!!!
