FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP STEALING HOMES!

PLEASE READ-WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Fairbanks Capital Corporation is a mortgage loan servicing company.

Today many home owners are taking a stand to stop this company from taking homes by foreclosure from hard working American families.

1st I will give you the information you will need to look into this company and 2nd I will give you my short but to the point story of my experience with this company.

Fairbanks Capital is a company that engages in illegal and unethical polices. They hold payments to occur late changes, they add insurance to houses, raise house payment without notice, misapply payments, charge appraisal drive by and walk by fees , harassing and threatening phone calls and the list can go on of the horrible things we (the Consumer) have had to go through from Fairbanks Capital. Many hard working people have had to file Chapter 13 to try and save their homes and many people have lost their homes by foreclosure.

I hope I have your attention and you will read my story or at least go and PLEASE read the information that is on these web-sites and help US stop this company.

Fairbanks Capital Corporation assumed my mother-in-laws mortgage about (4) four years ago from CitiFinancial. My husband and myself make the payments on this 2nd mortgage. In Dec. 2001 we got a notice that the home was going into foreclosure from being behind in payments. They accumulate so many charges and fees from things they could never prove (Fess of all sorts) and they do not send out statements on a regular basis. Well to say the least we ended up paying 3,000 + to save our home. I am just trying to give you a brief sample of my hell with this companyIt happened again and in July 2002 we paid 3,000 + at this point I am 6,000+ in with this company plus my monthly payments. And to say the least they are trying to do it again! In the last (3) months I have sent in over 2,000+ when my payment is only $330.00 a month. But they have me and my family in such terror that since I have found this web-site I have been paying everything they say (even though I know I don't owe it and they are basically robbing me) but the way I look at it if I don't pay the fees now they keep rising and that is when they put your home into foreclosure.

My story is more in-depth and I would love to share it with you or be part of the process that will STOP this company. Tis situation has touch my family personally for over $8,000+ at least and the stress and worrying if your home will be taken from you is indescribable.
