Complaint Review: FACTORY DIRECT RAMPS - SOUTHGATE,MI Michigan

I PURCHASED A TRAILER FROM FACTORY DIRECT RAMPS FOR 3K THE THE TITLE WORK WAS MADE OUT WRONG AND COULD NOT REGISTER IT. HE BOUGHT IT FROM OLD KAMPS LOCATED AT 801 BLACK FOREST RD HULL IA.

I Told Eric S. from Factory Direct that I cannot register the title unless the title is made out to Factory Direct since he is the Dealer for Old kamps and I also needed a bill of sale which he never gave me.

He then made arrangements to get it which took forever. I told him to overnight it he said he would do it at his cost and then I told him to fax me the title to me first when he got it to make sure he signs it over correctly. Finally it was done and Guess what he sent it to me regular mail when he knew I told him to send it overnight with ups because was going to florida the following week.Basically It took 7 days to get it from Michigan regular post and was mad because he did not send it overnight plus because he did not give me a bill of sale and could not register the trailer. Which is weird because he fax me a copy signed by him and he knew I needed original signature for DMV but he still didnt give it to me. Not sure why. I asked them to overnight it cause it was their mistake they said no and wanted to charge me $15 I didn't end up doing it and made my own just cause I did not have time to wait for it to come in the mail knowing he takes forever to do anything. A normal Dealer would know that DMV needs original documents not fax copy.

Basically I reported him to BBB but they didnt do anything because he replied to them stating that I was not a customer of his even when I sent BBB proof of the fax title sign over by ERIC S himself and a fax copy of Bill of sale from Factory Direct also signed by him. I told BBB what is the point of me making a complaint if he lies to you and denies I am a customer when you guys have the proof in front of their face.

I think BBB is just a waste of time and money and do nothing for consumer. I just hope no one will go through what I went through. Ohh yeah not to mention BBB sent him the fax and then he called me and said in his exact word at 5:57 last night from his nextel phone " DO NOT F*** WITH ME PETER GILMORE OR ELSE I WILL SLICE OFF YOUR THROAT" I WAS IN SHOCK AND SAID WHAT!!!!!!!AND HE HUNG UP. THE CALL LASTED ABOUT A MIN. I REPORTED THIS TO THE POLICE ASAP AND THEY WILL LOOK AROUND MY HOUSE TO MAKE SURE NO ONE WILL BE AROUND WHILE I AM AWAY JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE BECAUSE HE KNOWS WHERE I LIVE. I also left a message to Factory Direct Ramp last night after I got the call from him not to threnten me or else I will contact the police. Did not hear from him again after that. I just hope you guys can do something and let the public know the truth about this company very unpprofessional especially after spending 3k they should be more proffesional than that. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND I HOPE THE PUBLIC CAN KNOW ABOUT MY STORY BECAUSE THEY DESERVE TO KNOW THE TRUTH. I HAVE PROOF BY FAX FROM HIM THAT I AM A CUSTOMER WHETHER AND HE STILL DENIES IT I KNOW THE TRUTH. PLUS I GOT THE TRAILER WITH MISSING PARTS WHICH I HAD TO BUY MYSELF AFTER SPENDING 3K ISNT THAT SCREWED UP. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERD
