Face To Face Tech - Great Lakes Circulation Teen abduction, abuse, drugs, Mag Scam!! "A Moms story" Milwaukee, Wisconsin Internet
I was not aware that this type of scam even existed until my son turned up missing one day and we didnt hear from him in 4 days. When we did he was not calling from his cell phone and was being coached of what to say to us. All he told us was that he was selling magazines for a job but could not come home because he had to stay in a hotel with other sales people. He was not allowed to call us alone or tell us what hotel or city he was in. When we repeatedly called His "managers" cell phone number we were told our son was working and would not be able to call us until he was back, which he never did. We filed a police report and found out that a few arrests of other sales crew people were made and that their "manager" bailed them out. We started doing research on these sales crews and Great Lakes Tech, and were shocked at what we found! We worked with police and found out what hotel this crew was at and went down there and pulled our son out! Thank God we got there in time, the van was set to leave for the Carolina's in the morning. Our son then began to tell us of what had happended. A man from this company approached him in our DRIVE WAY! Telling him that he could make 300$ to 400$ a day and could travel etc. Our son was reluctant because of the claims but the guy said, well there is a party tonight come with me and meet everyone. Unfortunatly he went to the party with the man and didnt come back until we pulled him out! Excessive brainwashing mtgs are held, drug parties at night, sex, illegal drinking all bought and paid for by the owners of the companies to lure these kids in, Once you are there, you are monitored and told you cant leave or....... They refused to give my son a ride back into town. Mark Shumate, Richie Lamb are the heads of this BEWARE of this and Parents beware for your children, we are seeking councel and I am an advocate for a government mandated change with these companies. Do what you can to protect your children and yourselves!

I just want you to know that i have been involved in the magazine buss. for the past 19 years..going on twenty. I have seen alot of companies that have not done things by the book, such as leave kids stranded at the bus station, new kids getting beat up, managers that are smoking crack cocaine and driving out 13 people at the same time. I have been with a company for 13 years that would tolerate none of the above, thats the company i should have stuck with. Mark shumate and richie Lamb, Cody and jennifer Payne are ruthless scandelous individuals who care nothing about any one that is employed by them or their customers. They lie, cheat and steal. They just did it to me. i regret being involved in such a scam and will pray every night that the Lord will forgive me for taking part in building the company. My job was to hire these kids. I pray that parents will forgive me for getting their children involved. I will get involved with any sort of legal proceeding against SYN, aka face to face tech.
