Extended Stay America east lackland rd Tim - manager Aggressive/Crazy Behavior Maryland Heights Missouri
Tim (supervisor) is aggressive and crazy towards African American guests. When A.A. guests complain about meth/marijuana use on the property , Tim becomes angry/ abrupt and claims "he's running out of room options" however the occupancy is at approximately 30 percent. Tim behaves like he's forgotten to take his meds OR thinks African Americans are supposed to be submissive. Tim is working in the wrong Industry, he's clueless about customer service and clearly doesn't need a paycheck. I wonder what the hiring criteria is at St Louis' Extended Stay America hotels. I just hope Tim is earning minimum wage!
