If you value your money, do NOT go here. I have had ongoing issues with a car bought from them IN 2016 and have had nothing but problems trying to deal with their repair facility which happens to be in the same building as the car dealer but supposedly NOT affiliated with them ....Now I am stuck with a car recently purchased with a bad transmisssion that Experience Cars will not fix, when I took the car for a test drive 1st gear was put in backwards, supposedly it had a newly rebuilt transmission .....They are the biggest scam auto dealer out there, but hey, don't trust my word, search the internet for yourself and see all the negative reviews, if you can find any , Experience seems to take them all down as fast as they are posted and if you consider buying from them you had better get a trusted mechanic go over the vehicle "COMPLETELY" as everything they sell is "AS IS". I made that mistake and listened to the saleswoman who when asked if I should have an outside mechanic go over the car stated, " oh he'll just find work for him to fix the car" and now I am paying for it and the warranty company they use, "FIRST EXTENDED SERVICE CORPORATION" ALSO SUCKS ......So I am stuck with a newly purchased car from Experience cars with less than 300 driven miles on the car with a bad 5th and 6th gear sold to me that way from the dealership and no one will fix the car, their transmission guy "PHEONIX TRANSMISSIONS", who also works in the same building but yet again is not affiliated with them is also a rip off hack..DO NOT BUY from EXPERIENCE CARS or you will get burned...

So now as of 8-23-18, less than two months after buying this car and less than 1,000 around town easy driving the transmission in the car has now seized up . Called Experience cars when it happened. They were barely 1/4 mile up the road..Never called me back. had to have the car towed on my own dime..WORST CAR dealer in the country !!!!!!!!!!

You said at the time of the test drive, "first gear was put in 'backwards'", right? You also stated here you knew the purchase was an "AS IS" deal, right? Since you knew something wasn't right AND you knew it was an "AS IS" purchase, why did you buy this car? Secondly...since YOU KNEW it was an "AS IS" purchase, why do you think you are ENTITLED to free warranty service you didn't pay for?
