Expedia Travel reservation USAtravres hotel booking do not use expedia when booking hotels Internet
I tried to reserve a hotel room and went through tripadvisor.com in which I chose Expedia to book my room. I entered my credit card information and was taken to a page which said "screen error". I hit cancel and tried again, I was sent to this same page error each time. The next day I found out my credit card was charged 3 times. I never received a confirmation of my purchase nor can they find me in their system saying that a 3rd party must have been who accepted my payment ( travel reservation usa or travres ) Expedia doesn't have any record of me reserving a room and gave me a phone number to their 3rd party which must not have a customer service department because there are recordings on each number that you push. There is no way of canceling my reservation so I have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges.
