EXEDE INTERNET WILDBLUE INTERNET and Viasat Tricked me into signing a 2yr. contract Englewood Colorado
Tricked me into signing a 2 year contract . The Installer of. the Exede/Wildblue/Viasat Internet said I had to sign some paper work showing that the installment of the internet was working correctly and completed! I had got a letter in the mail stating that I owe $155.35 for non payment which is true because I lost my job so I called to cancel with them . They told me that if I cancel or they terminate my account In addition to my past due balance, termination fees of $15 per month for the remaining months of my contract (Which they never mention about a contract) will be charged as stipulated in my Exede Internet or WildBlue Customer Agreement and my past due account may be referred to a collection agency in which case I may be charged for all cost and legal fees incurred in collecting this debt.
