I am a new customer with evoice. I am within the trial stage for my small business. When setting up the sevices, I was charged 3 separate charges of $25 for a professional greeting that I thought was supposed to be a part of the free trial. 

While going over my banking statement, I noticed the charges and contacted the company. The agent was a rude and condescending, he blamed me for the extra charges. He said they noticed it but instead of refunding it, attached it to my evoice account. I asked him about the other $25 fee. He said that that was a legitimate charge for the professional voice recording (which by the way is horrible and mispronounced), which is supposed to be a part of the free trial. He said they could take it off and submit a refund, but it wasn't likely to happen, because it says the price for it.  

I repeated the fact that I was within the free trial, and he said that it wasn't a part of the free trial. I tried to explain to him that it wasn't clear about that not being a part of it. He said there was nothing that could be done, and that it was my responsibility to know. When I asked to speak to his boss, he deflected. When I asked for his bosses name, he wouldn't give it to me. When I asked for the corporate information, he was unwilling to give it to me, I had to look it up myself.

He was both condescending and rude and I have decided to close all accounts with them. My frustration and disappointment with the way they handled this situation is huge. I'm a new customer, why would you cut off your nose to spite your face. I now have a set of 500 business cards and 100 postcards all with a number I will not be able to use. I'm beyond pissed off. 

At this point, even if they were to return my money, I would find another business to get my virtual office services from. Horrible customer service, horrible company. I would just tell everyone out there to watch out for a company that treats brand new customers with such blatant disregard and disrespect.
