European fitness2999 Tricked me into signing a contract Reno Nv Nevada
I wanted to go to a fitness place because i never been to one so i looked online and found european fitness center. I was shown around the facility and thought to myself this is a nice place. I was told a membership fee was origanally $150.oo and for new members the fee was waived so i would pay zero to sign up and after that $25.00 a month to continue membership. He did not explain that what i was signing was an actual contract where i have to pay $25.00 a month for 12 months which is double the amount of $150.00 intial fee that was waived. I have not gone to anything nor worked out at their facility and was charged $25.00 the same day i enrolled. I am in disbelief that they would trick people into believing their signing an enrollment and that their giving a deal with no membership fee when in the end charging me $300.00 instead of 150.00 which was the intial membership fee.
