EUFORA CREDIT BUILDER COMPANY "PURPORTS" TO HELP(?) YOU REBUILD YOUR CREDIT. wHAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU IS THAT THEY ARE USING YOUR MONEY TO OBTAIN FRAUDULENT AND POSSIBLY ILLEGAL, 'NEGATIVE' CREDIT REPORTING RESULTS, AGAINST YOU!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO YOUR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE ASAP! ALSO, REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AS WELL. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING MORE THAN YOUR GARDEN VARIETY BAIT-AND-SWITCH "MURPHY GAME" OF THE INTERNET GENRE.

This is a categorically false statement. Eufora does NOT do anything underhanded or illegal. Eufora has been in business for over eight years and has an excellent track record with its customers.

Your claim that Eufora uses "your money to obtain fraudulent and possibly illegal negative credit reporting results against you" makes absolutely no sense and it is simply not true.

Eufora does NOT obtain individuals' personal or credit related data. It simply provides data to Experian and TransUnion and reports whether or not one has made their monthly installment payment, which is consistent with the terms of the installment agreement that one has entered into with Eufora, with full disclosure.

We report this data in the same fashion as a mortgage lender would (for example).

If you are under the impression that Eufora has bought or sold such personal or credit related data, you are incorrect and your statements are false and libelous.  If you are under the impression that Eufora reports fraudulent or illegal data to the credit reporting agencies on its customers' behalf, again you are incorrect and these statements are also false and libelous.

In the unlikely event that Eufora receives a complaint of this nature (which in over eight years of business is rare, but it does happen), it is typically due to the fact that one has elected to agree to the terms of the program and then for whatever reason, did not keep their account in good standing (i.e. they did not make their $10 monthly payment on time, on an ongoing basis).

Eufora is hardly a "garden variety bait and switch or Murphy game" as you put it. Eufora has a multi-faceted, award winning patented program that has helped many people with their prepaid and credit needs. Eufora is a very unique and valuable program and Eufora cares deeply about its customers.

If you joined Eufora, adhered to the terms and conditions of the program and your experience with Eufora has been different (which would be very unusual), our senior management team would be very anxious to hear the circumstances of your particular situation.

Please feel free to contact customer service and ask for a supervisor or senior management executive and reference this post.
