Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought a vehicle from this place in February 2018. I was told the vehicle was reliable and safe. Well, it has been exactly one year since I made this terrible decision and I have had to make more than 12 repairs from this damaged vehicle. I was sold complete junk and didnt even realize it because of the fresh coat of paint and shiny rims.

Literally everything you can possibly think of has gone wrong with this vehicle. Since February 2018, within the first week of having the vehicle, I contacted ETS AUTO about the issues I was having, the company took a look at it, did not fix anything, and turned the check engine light off. Here I am a year later and I have not had any results. I was sold a vehicle for $4000 that was actually worth $1500. I was completely scammed.

I have contacted ETS AUTO over 14 times to get some kind of customer service. I have been threatened, and told that if I dont make payments, they will take my vehicle. I have spent over $3000 on repairs. I was not told that the vehicle had been in a prior accident or that the battery had exploded prior to me purchasing it.

ETS Auto will not reach agreement with me, or assist in ANY way. I was told by Edwin at ETS Auto that they are very upset about my google review, and they will not reduce the amount I owe them because they have a business to run and employees to pay. Since this, I have reached out on numerous occasions trying to reach some kind of agreement, but I only receive a response if it involves me making a payment.

Most likely the biggest SCAM in the city of Sanford. Bad karma to this company!

This site identifies any rebuttal by the original author. So before you try and claim to be another victim, you should have taken that into consideration. Even if you had a valid complaint, your attempt at deception has destroyed any credibility you may have had. Since this site has a policy of never removing any posts, your deception will now be out there forever making any additional post by you very questionable.

Honesty is the BEST policy.

My husband and I leased a truck from here and the same thing happened to us! Everything was fine when we took the truck home! It was almost as if they 'rigged' the truck to work temporarily. My husband has tried to contact the owner but the owner will not speak with us. We feel they did us very wrong.

My son now has to take public transportation, because we can not afford to fix or replace the junk truck sold to us. We are discovering there are many other upset customers. The reviews from this company on google are fake reviews. Upon investigation, we were told that most of the reviews are from friends or family of the company. This company is only looking to make a quick buck off of people.

As business owners ourselves, a business should always communicate with their customers, and do what they need to do to keep a happy customer. This business fails to do so once they have collected all of your money.

If you are also a victim, please please please WRITE A REVIEW!

While you are incorrect or misinformed on several of your statements..let me focus on a few

I was sold complete junk and didnt even realize it because of the fresh coat of paint and shiny rims.

- Incorrect you purchased a car "As-Is". Meaning that anything and everything that goes wrong with it is your responsibility. Although, the fact that this was probably a high mileage car that is several years old, the new paint job and shiny rims should have been an indication that you need to take a deeper look at the condition.

I was sold a vehicle for $4000 that was actually worth $1500.

- Actually the vehicle was worth $4,000 because when you bought it you felt that was a fair price. If you disagreed with the price of the vehicle the time to complain was BEFORE you purchased it.

I have contacted ETS AUTO over 14 times to get some kind of customer service. I have been threatened, and told that if I dont make payments, they will take my vehicle.

- And they are correct because this is what you agreed to when you got the car. The loan or how much you owe on the loan has nothing to do with the driveability or condition of the car.  Even if the car turned to dust tommorow, you still would be required to make the payments.

I have spent over $3000 on repairs

- That's about $300/month and depending on the age and type of car that may be a bit high but not really that unexpected as with high mileage, older cars(espcially some models), they can have very high "yearly maintenance" costs even if they are in good shape.
