Complaint Review: Etex Equine Tanja Hamilton Patricia Wilson Etex Interiors - Avinger, Marshall Texas

The comments made on 9/2/08 is actually Patricia Wilson. I personally talked to Tanja. The comments made by the real Tanja Hamilton are what she told me on the phone. Tanja owns a hair salon and is concerned that Patricia was using her name to sell bad horses. She told me that the horse she got from Patricia was suppose to be a finished western/english horse. I recognized the horse from a horse broker that I have dealt with and knew that was not true. It was just a riding horse. Patricia bought it and sold it to Tanja for more than twice what she paid and then lied about what it could do (which is what Patricia does best). Tanja thought they were friends. Tanja also told me that her credit card came up missing after a visit with Patricia. After confronting Patricia the card showed up in Patricia's vehicle. Patricia told her a co-worker must have used it. Tanja was turning it over to the credit card company. Tanja told me she told Patricia she could sell ONE of her horses using her name. She had no idea she was using her name on others. I have copies of the ads Patricia used showing Tanja's name. The real clencher on the 9/2/08 rebuttal is the last sentence saying SHE WILL BE WATCHING THE BLOGGER. Typical Patricial Wilson verbage.

IM GOING TO CLARIFY SOME THINGS ON HERE THAT you people have made to sound very WRONG... Patricia Wilson DID NOT steal MY credit Cards. Paricia WIlson DID NOT max out my Credit Cards. Ptricia Wilson to my knowledge didnt fraudulently do any coggins Patricia WIlson had authorization and did sell horses (My) horses for me and sold approx.12*15 of my horse in 2007-2008. She isnt in a "bunch" of trouble., She sold a horse without coggins. LOOK up the penaltys...... After questioning her ethics about the transaction from above I learned. Patricia Wilson DID ATTEMPT TO DELIVER THE HORSE IN QUESTION ABOVE (AFTER THE FACTS ARE OUT) And the horse was picked up and transportation was handled by a outside hauler. THE NEW OWNER CANCELLED WHILE THE HORSE WAS IN ROUTE. FOR NO APPARENT REASON OTHER THAN SPECULATION from the internet. When spoke to Patricia she has no problems refunding the money for the horse minus the transport fee (s) and or and overnighting and any expenses she has paid to transporter for there efforts. (instead of one way it was round trip) Im not sure about her "alias" but she has 2 very legitimate business, And several employees her address she has one. Her phone numbers listed arent even numbers that are in svc. SO her numbers have been the same 3 for the 3 yrs Ive known her. 903-742-9942 903-562-1599 903-562-0777 And As alot of her friends and collegues know Patricia is known for making wild horses act like puppy dogs and being able to handle and control even the rankest horses. Her kindness and compassion to rescue horses and her volunteer time is not being addressed anywhere. Those horses are not sold. Those are spent countless hours and vet bills, And f all the horses she has sold there are a hand f ul of people here that probably maybe shouldnt have purchased horses on the internet to begin with and they are crucifying her for what and how she can handle a horse. You are all incorrect when you cant take the blame where it lies but have to blame others. NOONE has been hurt by her horses. That is a proven fact. Noone has ever been injured by a horse she has sold. Noone has as much as been kicked or bit by a horse she has sold. Ive read and re read the complaints and nothing other than its not trained "RIGHT" Well Justify trained RIGHT for any horse please!!!!! Ill be keeping a watch on the continued BLOG on the person who is becoming a victim..

Hi, I am the real Tanja Hamilton, My name has been used to sell horses online, by Patricia Wilson she was a friend of mine, I found out that she has been using my name to fradulently sell horses under my name from a friend that contacted me saying my name was on here. I have also found out the Patricia Wilson stole my credit card and Maxed it out then she blamed it on one of her co workers. I have contacted the Texas Rangers to file charges on Mrs.Wilson for using my name to sell horses , she is also on bond in Marion County for forging Federal Coggins Papers on horses.FAKEING the certificates. She is in deep trouble. Please I am asking you to take my name off this report please contact me by email if I can help you, but I am not the one who did this Patricia Wilson is to blame this is not this first time she has done this just google her name it will come up on simular matters numerous amounts of times. She is a con artist. I told her about a horse that my daughter wanted from canton but decided not to get it at that present time, she called one day and told me that she found the perfect horse for my daughter, well she sold me a horse for 3500. We come to find out that it was the same horse that we say in canton, It was only 1500 there she went and got the horse that we had are eye on. We didnt catch on to it for a couple of weeks. Solid White horse so no markings. She went bought the horse for 1500 and marked it up to 3500 told me owe its a good horse and she is knocking money off the price. She ripped me off too she is not my friend and I hope she rots in jail for ripping so many people off. Please again remove my name from this rip off report. 903-570-9300 is NOT a number for Patricia Wilson. It is a place that sells trailers and as far as I know very reputable. Sorry that number was in the report my mistake.

I am sorry to hear that she has another victim. I have tried so hard to get the word out about her. She also had the mare that I bought from her advertised in a different name and city. The mare ended up with three different names. I just recently sold her and lost alot of money. Something will be done ,she can not keep on.
