What are you talking about? We did an escrow agreement and you went against it and shipped parts without us knowing. We never agreed to tt in advance nor terms. Now that parts have been received payment will be sent once they pass inspection.

Please call us for details of order!

We do not manufacture parts and unfortunately we did ship parts to Ac-atel which resulted negatively. Our policy is to replace parts and apply towards credit however Ac-Atel refused so for a one time only term we agreed to refund the customer and made a payment schedule. We have paid the customer back and only owe a small balance now. This company has not been ignore in any way and to keep a friendly relationship we went against our policy to refund.
