Estrin-D PLEASE USE THESE PILLS WITH CAUTION!!! Newark New Jersey
I read the website, read the labels and used as instructed. 30 minutes before a large meal which for me was maybe once a day very seldom twice, I took the recommended dosage.
Let me tell you, the jitters, shakes, headaches, loss of concentration, anxiety, sleeplessness, mood swings, this was not worth it and there was no weight loss - as a reference you can link to this websites below that also lists information.
Estrin-D was horrible. I told my physician about the pills and even before taking them, I consulted him first. He said he never say anything like it - he immediately did an EKG on me because my heart was racing so horribly. I'm 29, weigh 180 and I'm 5'5 non smoker, non drinker, fairly healthy, no family problems - so there was no reason these pills should have had this effect on me....but after taking to the pharmacists at CVS and WALGREENS, they mentioned to me that people have returned the pills themselves and my friends also returned them.
I became a complete nuisance to my children, family and friends when taking the pills and this went on for 19 days. I stopped and life couldn't be sweeter now.
