DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. Do not call them to do anything. I contacted them to repair my Samsung dryer because my go to repair man was on vacation. Long story short, I have since learned that they faked fixing the machine. They lied. The parts they claimed they repaired are not parts from a Samsung dryer. I have showed the parts they said they fixed to Lowes and to my repair man and have confirmed those parts are not associated with the Samsung dryer. Within hours of the repair the machine was making a horrible sound that only got worse and a smell like a burning motor was emanating from the machine.
When I called to ask for them to come back the techs did not return my calls and the company first claimed no one by that name worked here even though I had just spoken to her, "Susan". "Susan was also the person I spoke to the day the techs were sent out. And then they stopped answering my calls. The techs also turned off the water and the gas to work on the machine which I have confirmed was not necessary. A plumber was required to address the damage done when they did that which resulted in no water getting to my washing machine or dishwasher. The techs also went in through the back of the machine which I have since learned is not an appropriate way to repair the machine. It needed a new belt and another piece. That piece has been melting since they left. So their act of doing what they did caused further damage because the motor began to melt the piece. That was the smell of burning. Please, do not go through what I went through. Please stay away from this company.
