We are quite shocked that your so-called "evidence" disappeared. Indeed, bogus case closed. Thank you for wasting everyone's time.

Well thanks to Katrina, any evidence I had is now lost. Enjoy going home every night! Enjoy the money you stole, and my report. Hope you have a prosperous future with you high levels of integrity! Case dropped!

If you had proof to support any of your bogus claims, you would have already posted it here. Where is the link on our Web site at which one may find this "edited" paper that you falsely claim we are selling? There are more holes in your story than in a slice of swiss cheese. FYI, "filling in the research" is NOT editing.

Well Sara You can not read what my complaint was about. I sent in a paper to have EDIT work done, you "people" did not write a SINGLE THING. I wrote the work, you stole it, and are selling it as your own! From the high number and still growing reports this is an obvious scam. Everyone should know that your work will not be edited it will be stolen. I know this company will not accept blame because that would be moral. Stealing is much easier. People avoid these irrational people! PS Try and sue me! Please! Yes I reported it to the BBB, and I WILL NOT APOLOGIZE, I am not the one who stole others people's work! This is not liable it is the truth, oh yeah, and call my college too!

Quite simply, this woman's claims no longer make any sense. First she claimed that we didn't write the paper. Then, she claimed that she found the paper that we "didn't write" on our Web site. Now, when confronted with the truth and simple facts, she claims that we stole our OWN WORK! Unbelievable . . . .

I never dealt with any Sara? Their is no status web page or a special email address to send to. The fact I found my work on their site is proof they steal others work, they admitted to it! I followed all rules to the letter because of how important this project was. Liars, thieves, con artist is only the opening description of these individuals! Sick just sick

I am the person who attempted to assist this customer. From day #1, she did not follow any of our clearly advertised contact procedures, so we could not track any of her emails properly. We gave her a specific URL to obtain the status of her project 24/7, but she simply ignored that instruction. Instead, she sent direct emails, and did not provide any of the obvious information required for us to help her, such as her payment receipt or her order number. If she had followed any of our simple instructions, we could have assisted her more quickly. (We have a 24/7 status form for a reason!) And the fact that she later "found" the paper on our site proves that we DID complete the project and we DID email it to the email address that she provided. If she claims to not have received our material at all, she is simply not telling the truth.
