Essaytown.com claimed they do custom book reports and assist with papers. Well, they sent a paper on the wrong topic with old sources. I included all the required information on the assignment, down to the last detail. The paper they sent was crap, to say the least. They would not re-edit it because they said it was what I ordered, and told me There will be no refund."
However, I referred them to their own policy stating that they edit if not satisfied? Well, that never happened! Paypal does not choose to assist unless it is a tangible good, but I have filed a claim with the BBB at www.bbb.com
