Esfranki and Storm Media Limited Never received products Canada
I ordered products from the company on February 3, 2019. Received confirmation that the order was received and a day later that the products were being shipped. I received a tracking number for the order number EFK70202. After weeks of not receiving my purchase, I contacted them via email. They responded saying that they would find out why I have not received the products.
On March 4th, I wrote to them asking where the package was. They said that the post office shows the package was delivered but the image of where it was placed was not my mailbox. I am going to file a police report, but $95.00 is a lot of money to just blow off and not have anything to show for it. After investigating the company I have since learned that they have some customers that think they doctor the tracking numbers showing products are received when in reality they have not. I do not think companies like this should get away with scamming innocent consumers. Hopefully you do too.
I currently am awaiting the final result of the post office’s investigation. But the supervisor said that it did look strange and something was fishy about the scan. The claim was filed on Monday, March 11th, 2019.
Please help! There are many of us who have reported Esfranki and Storm Media Limited and have filed complaints. I counted over 1,000 in 2019 alone! That is an astronomical number which should indicate that something is very fraudulent with this company. Please do not let them continue to take advantage of us--I work too hard for my money to have them disregard my complaints.
