Seller could not accept VISA payment and an AMAZON.CON rep told me to deal with the seller myself. Escrow.com's web site looks like it's on the up and up but belive me it's a total scam. The seller Alessio Izabele must be working with Escrow.com and EUGENE RAWS who was the person that recived the money. If you have any info that could help me get my $1079.00 back let me know.

50 Berners St, London, United Kingdom is actually a 5 star hotel called SANDERSON HOTEL more info go to http://www.milesfaster.co.uk/london-hotels/sanderson-hotel-london.htm, I also got ripped of from a escrow company which said it was in the UK, and I found out that the address on the website was actually a pub called The Puzzle.

I had a similar experience with Amazon.com. I have filed a report with the police and they are beginning an investigation. If you file a report with the police, you can at least deduct the loss from your taxes. I am also pressing charges against Amazon.com. The more people we can find who have been mislead by Amazon.com, the stronger our case.
