Like Charles Ponzi , Erin Wicomb has developed a reputation in his short 34 years as a serial finacial fraud moving between San Diego,New York and South Arica derrauding investors for non existant real etate investments.
Erin and hisfiance Daniela Gomez have lined there pockets with investors proceeds to purchase cars incldung a new Tesla, a new home in Bankers Hill while possesing zero in cash flow and unable topat employees and consultants who have worked for his sham company.
It isn't clear what Wicomb's goal is as he spends ten's of thousands of dollars on promoting his self image rahter than paying dividends or n=bank loans and lines of credit.
Wicomb hashad numerous lawsuits filed against him for taking investor money and not provifing equity or a return.
His brazen salesmanship is surprising given that he is known amaong the San Diego community as acon man. Regardless hisarrogance still allows him to show case a fantastic fantasy of trying to rub elbows with C-Level real estate celebrity trying desperatelyto garner false credability.
Mavrik Inveting has zero cash flow, owns almost none of the property it is trying to raise money for and regularly has toliquidate investments to pay off invesotrs long waiting for returns.
Employees of his sham company wait nealry a full a month without a paycheck regardless of working status. His book keepr has gone on record tostate the comapny has no working xapital.
Recently Wicomb has resorted to begging for bridge loans to keephis house of cards afloat.
Charles Ponzi went to jial on four seperate occassions and Wicomb/s number is up.
