Erika Iris Simmons aka the Schizophrenic Cassette Artist produces pirated unoriginal works. She continues to be guilty of privacy, licensing infringement, and the unauthorized utilization of works, likeness, images, musician imagery, and luminaries that she does not have the rights and/or ownership to reproduce.
She advertises on sites like Photobucket.com to exploit honorable artists, and persons of integrity with a premeditated entitlement that is foreboding. Be careful she may just steal your images, art, or lunch for her self promotion and unconscionable gain.
Copyright infringement and copyright violation is the is the unauthorized or prohibited use of works covered by copyright law, in a way that violates one of the copyright owner's exclusive works, such as the right to reproduce or perform the copyrighted work, or to make derivative works
Artistic theft infringes upon the likeness, images, and licensing of a public or private figure and is defined have not been officially released by the artist or their associated management or production companies.
