Called the 800 number I originall called and used a fake name.
Wanted to know if a license was needed and I was told, no a certificate which I was told I would get through them. Also, told the software was $279.00. I paid 299.00.
Wanted to know the name of the company. The first time I was told it was International Home Processors in Newark New Jersey.
This time I was told it was Independent Contractors in Paramus, New Jersey.
When asking for the main offices address I was asked, Why are you coming here? I told her no, I just wanted to know the address of the home office. She finally brushed me off by asking for my email address and said she would send me information, which I never got.

Talked to Eric today. He said he would send me 4 more doctors. He also said that he would find out about the follow up on the previous 12 doctors I have sent letters too.
He stated, The doctors had been told by the insurance companies they had to have their insurance filed electronically. He also stated that, some of the doctors had been contacted before I sent letters out to them.
Contacted my bank about the transaction made when the 299.00 was paid for the software.

I called eric on his cell phone about 6 months ago and when he realized why i was calling he became irate and verbally abusive and told me that it was only $300 and that i should just get over it. he was still in las vegas area at that time. your best bet is if you paid via credit card dispute the charge as soon as possible and contact your better business bureau as soon as you can to report his most up to date scam information. this guy has been getting away with this for years and will never be caught with the absence of action.

I called Eric on his cell and he answered a little confused. when he asked who i was i told him I was somebody who wanted their $300 and he started swearing at me and I just told him that his rude words could not affect I just want my money back and he tried to go on and say that he was just an employee of the company and that he didn't work for them anymore. (BS) when i asked for the companys name phone and address he just started swearing again. I did a mild people search and found a few promising leads. there is an Eric Stewart Hopkins age 36 living in Las Vegas, NV. I found this info using a reverse phone lookup based on the cell number. We should probabally hold off on calling it though cause he may change it. I'm shocked he hasn't changed it yet really!
