I contacted this business with the phone number 888--636-1356 and spoke with a person who identified herself as Layla. She had a heavy Jamaican accent. She never said the company name, "Customer Service". She asked me what I was calling about. I told her I wanted to return 3 boxes of products that I didn't order and do not want. She tried to ask me questions (from a script) about my face products and my decisions to cancel my subscription.

I told I never signed up for a subscription for face and eye products. She answered that I did. I told her I do not want these products and I want my money back -- that I didn't authorize charges for. She said she is canceling my subscription and will refund my credit card for the amount of $89.06 the last shipment of two boxes of products. Also told me I should receive an email confirmation stating this.

I have just checked my email and I have received emails stating that my account/subscriptions have been canceled and my credit card has been refunded for two credits of $44.53.
