This was my second visit to this location and I should have known based on the 1st experience that they are thieves. I was overcharged after renting for 30 days. I was never issued my refund which I was told by Zach would be 48-72 hours and now another $100 charge with no explanation occuring weeks after the return was made. I am disputing the charge and contacting an attorney.
Dont ever rent from Enterprise. Read the rviews about how they do this to many people. Whether it be charging for insurance, overcharging on the daily rate and not refunding deposits and then charginf again for reasons unknown t this point.
When you do a Yelp review they immedaitely contact you through Yelp claiming they want to help but without fail, no further responses. This si such a shady company.

Let me be real clear. This is how they attempt to show they actually care. Every time you complain they quickly respond asking for more info because they want to look into it. Let me be the first to tell you they dont do a thing. I did respond to my YELP complaint and not a peep after my response. They haVe no intention of resolving anything but put forth this facad that they care and people are further misled by this company as if they are concerned.
DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE. READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON RIP OFF REPORT, YELP AND OTHERS FOR A REAL DEPICTION OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR HORRIBLE ACTIONS AND WHAT I WOULD DEEM AS THEFT FROM CONSUMERS.
