Enforma Natural Products, Pacoima, CA. Cancel and they still take money
I have tried to cancel the Burn It Off Club 3 times. I called on 4/22/00 and talked to a Sophia and was told that all 3 accounts for my address had been cancelled. On 5/13/00 was charged for one of the clubs and they sent me more product. Called and was told by Sam that all 3 was once again cancelled. On 6/23/00 found out that they once again charged my debit card for product that I did not order. Called and talked to Kathy was once again told that all was cancelled, they told me they would refund the money took them 17 days to credit my debit card. On 7/29/00 I was charged again on my debit card. Talked to Rita was told that nothing was charge to my card, after telling her that I was looking at the charges she admitted that they took the money out of my account again because the product was not returned. Then Rita informed me that it was received the same day that they took the money out of my account. That I would be receiving a refund sometime. SO WHAT EVER YOU DO, DON'T JOIN THEIR BURN IT OFF CLUB.....
