Aweful Customer Service At eNews.com (Magazine Net Site)

On July 3, 2000, I orderd the magazine "Golf Tips." I even payed for the magazine. I have not recieved one single magazine since!!!
I made several (5-6) calls over the past 3-4 months concerning my account. Each call I have made the employee told me that my account will be forwarded or that they would call the publisher. And I would get a call back.
WHICH I NEVER DID!
I finally called one day (week of 1-17-01) and talked to some manager and he said to me that he would call me back... NO CALL!
On Jan 24, 2001, I called and talked to a someone else. I told him the situation and he told me he would call me back... I told him if I didn't hear from him by 3:00 pm (EST) the next day (25th) that I would call and cancel my order and ask for a refund.
Yep... He never called!
I called 1-26-01 and talk to someone and told him to cancel my order!!!
The Story is still pending until I recieve my credited account!
