Company hides critical loan data from consumer. Statement doesn't show interest rates or amount paid on loan and dates of payments. There is no online statement. Company relies on contemporaneous notes, instead of recorded conversations for loan agreements. I would be interested in joining a class action lawsuit against Enerbank USA

Enerbank USA may have stolen millions from consumers!
By not allowing customers to see how interest rates are calculated, how payments are debited or actual accrual methods, Enerbank USA may be stealing millions of dollars from borrowers. The lack of transparency disables the client from receiving critical data to manage their accounts.

Hi, Chris my name is Thomas Hanks and I am the Customer Relations Manager at Enerbank. Although we now have the online payment option available to our customers we have not set up online account access. It my understanding this has been an ongoing project but we have not been given an expected launch date. We do apologize for the inconvenience and realize the frustration that it is. We do mail out statements each month which do include an Interest Rate and loan Principal Balance. If you have any questions about your account or your statements our Customer Service Reps are ready to answer and can be reached at 888-390-1220, Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
