Who ever wrote that End 2 End Technologies hires illegals doesnt know what they are talking about. They do alot of contracted and authorized work for Cox Communications. These jobs from time to time work with government jobs doi ng work with public to maintain and build the networks. The illegal workers thing i find crazy. the owner and the managers know their stuff. It wasnt my kind of gig but it doesnt mean i think they are a bad company. I found more of a communication break down with COX COMMUNICATIONS than i ever did with end 2 end. there will be errors and mistakes. we are all human so things might not always go the way we planned . Who ever said end to end is like that should maybe know what they are talking about

I worked for E2E as a Broadband premises Technician for about a year. The claims of the original poster are completely false and inaccurate. As Irene stated employees have to pass an extensive criminal background check administered through CrimShield http://crimshield.com/ . End 2 End was a great company to work for and is a company that strives to provide customers with a satisfying professional experience.

We needed a cable box replaced. This morning, we got a call from Cox; the tech was in Mesa. We specified that he needed to be here by 11:00 AM.
20 minutes later a black End-2-End Technologies van pulled up and a tall friendly fellow rang the bell. We learned that he's originally from Brooklyn, and then moved to Long Islandour home turfbefore coming to Arizona. Maybe to the filer of the report someone from Brooklyn counts as an illegal immigrant!
The tech installed the new cable box in the Master Bedroom quickly and expertly. He was friendly, articulate, and courteous, and was eager to go home to play Santa for his kids. His work certainly rose to the level we've come to expect from Cox.
A former employee of a company may have many reasons to denigrate that company, and I don't know what the report filer's experience was. Our experience with End-2-End was totally satisfactory.

End 2 End is solely a contractor of Cox Communications. Cox puts all employees through vigorous background checks. Many employees start training, and are never seen again if they don't pass the background check. Our contractors are Cox employees and have Cox identification badges. These badges confirm our technician's social security numbers, criminal history and financial information have been approved by Cox. I do not know who the "token Mexican Operations Manager" is that this report refers to as admitting there were five illegal immigrants employed at End 2 End. I would like to know which "crew" they are working with. This is obviously a fabrication because End 2 End does not take routes in Casa Grande except for an occasional business account as assigned by Cox. The comments regarding the owner's past business ventures as well as the VP's family and friends being employed are just vindictive rantings of a sour former employee. End 2 End employee since 9/07
