Enchanted Florist / Patricia Navarro, owner, I work for this company and set up their shop in a month and never got paid for my work. They owe me 2400.00dlls since April . El Paso Texas
I worked for the company Enchanted Florist from Apri to May of this year. The owner Patricia Navarro promised me a salary of 25.00dlls/hr. I left my job at that time to start working for her company. The shop was empty, only with stands and shelfs for display. My first assignment was to set up and purchase materials for the grand opening of the shop. I used my own vehicle and gas to do all the purchases, I even went to Alburquerque in order to find a bigger selection of vases, containers and decor. I took charge of all the decoration, set up, layout and fresh floral designs for the grand opening on April 28th. Two weeks after this, I left this company because I never receive salary. The owner, Patricia Navarro, always had different excuses and expected me to work for her until her company will start making enough sales for my salary. I went to her shop on two occasions asking her to pay me and also contacted her through text messages. She owed me 3000.00 dlls. She gave me 600.00dlls. Still owing me 2400.00dlls. I asked her to co e to a reasonable sum so we can leave this behind, I'm willing to negotiate. This situation caused a big dysfunction in my finances. I don't think is fair for people like Patricia Navarro to use people, promising a job and salary and after the work is done, for her not to pay for it. 120 hours of my time were hardy worked and dedicated to her company . Please, please, help me!
