Can not believe the experience I have had with this company. After instillation of hard wood floors I noticed issues with the quarter round trim. After further inspection the trim wasn't even nailed to the baseboard. Reported to customer service. First installer that was to come do repairs was a no show. Second installer did show but glued "some" pieces of trim together. Third attempt was to request an inspector to come look at the unaccecptable work done...they had me wait on them for 12 hours and decided to send another installer. Contacted customer service and was treated as an inconvience buy rep. Contacted Corporate only to be sent back to the same rude customer service rep from my area. Have been waiting on a return call to resolve issues. One has not been received.
I paid alot of money to have the floors done. I have incurred cost with having to miss work, spend my Saturdays with installers and spend much of my time making phone calls and sending repeated emails to resolve an issue that should have been done correctly in the first place. There should be credit given to accounts that have to deal with these issues repeatedly. I gave them the opportunity to fix it the first time. And a second time. It is past rediculous!
